This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. The referenced land division was never completed, and the Division permit has several comments that were never responded to. You will need to complete the division permit first before this new permit can be reviewed and/or approved. Plan Number: TD-DIV-0923-00107 2. The following condition has been added to the permit and must be satisfied prior to this permit being issued. “Separate submittal to PC RWRD is required for new connections to sewer, new water meters and upsized water meters. Contact sewer@pima.gov for review and assessment.” Plumbing review: 3. Provide elevation measurements for Next Upstream Manhole and Finished Floor Elevation. Provide Backwater valve protection as/if required. Backwater valve protection: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/building-code/2018_-_irc_amendments.pdf Section P3008.1 Where required. Where the finish floor elevation is less than 12 inches above the elevation of the next upstream manhole cover in the sewer, a backwater valve shall be installed in the building drain or branch of the building drain serving that floor. 4. Notate and specify all piping materials and sizes being used, P2608. Include existing building sewer pipe. 5. Provide a trench detail to show compliance with either Separation of water service and building sewer or approved materials being used, per P2906.4.1.
