TC-RES-0424-02151 ADDRESS/PARCEL: 10390 E BOULDERFIELD DR/136-32-6250 The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation, and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Show Construction Access arrow on the plan. 2. Show the pool surface area and location in relation to all existing structures on the property, 2018 ISPSC 105.3. – show missing dimensions between the pool and the existing walls indicated on the plan as B-1. 3. Show compliance with the pool barrier from a dwelling by including a UL 2017 listed pool alarm system for doors and windows open to the pool, or show a continuous barrier around the pool, 2018 ISPSC 305.4.1. If using the house structure itself as part of the barrier, please indicate on the site plan that door/window alrams are required and will be installed. 4. The Engineering details from Pool Engineering, Inc are also required to uploaded. Please highlight the details that will be used on this plan, including the portions of the steel schedule on the detail sets that apply to this particular project. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will *not* be accepted without the revision letter.
