A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9. 1. Either provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, or an aerial photo that clearly shows the proposed location of the fence on the site. 2. Per UDC Article 6.6.2.I. The maximum height of a wall or fence within a perimeter yard shall be six feet. The minimum perimeter yard in the RX-1 Zone is 20’, UDC Table 6.3-1.A. If the 7’-0” fence is to be located within the 20’ perimeter yard a Design Development Option (DDO) for fence height will need to be submitted and approved. DDO application and requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Planning-Zoning-Applications/Zoning-Administration.
