This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. PROVIDE A COMPLETE PLAN SET showing all proposed alterations to the building with 2018 IRC code compliance with component sizes. Structures built without a permit may require alteration for building code compliance. 2. The 12’x20’ pre-designed shed requires a complete plan set sealed by an Arizona registered Engineer. Provide plans with wind load calculations, foundation design and wall/roof framing plans, sealed by an Arizona engineer for the pre-designed assembly, R106.1. Sealed plans are usually available from the manufacturer for pre-designed assemblies. 3. Building plans shall include, but may not be limited to, foundation plans, elevations and section details, framing and roof framing plans, electrical plans etc. Detail all connections of posts, rafters, truss’, ledger boards etc. 4.
