Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken.
Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC).

1. Tucson Electric Power requires meters and associated equipment to be relocated from under patios when the service is upgraded, TEP SR-405.10.L. Provide an updated Site Plan showing the service panel in a TEP coordinated and approved location.
2. Update the Site Plan to show the location of the panel on the Electrical Plan with clear working space compliance, E3601.6.2 & E3705.8. Note the location of Units 1 and 2.
3. Provide separation of all circuits for each dwelling unit, E3601.3. Conductors may not pass through another dwelling unit.
4. Show a Riser Diagram providing a service disconnect for each dwelling without service disruption of the other dwelling, NEC 225.30 and E3403.
