COMMENT: Site Plan shows “RV Hookup” but permit detail states “ADU”. An RV is not considered and ADU. RV pads are not an allowed use in the R-2 Zone. At a minimum a Board of Adjustment for Variance would be needed to allow the use. Most likely a rezoning would be required. After discussions with staff the variance or rezoning would not be supported by staff. In the R-2 zone a personal RV may only be stored on site. The RV may not be hooked up to utilities and may not be occupied. 2. COMMENT: This is a duplicate request of TC-RES-0323-03843 RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: revised residential building permit along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.
