This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Plans show changes in window sizes, thus complete framing plans are required, R301.1. 2. Provide a header schedule for supporting the roof consistent with Table 502.5(1) & R602.7(1). (Windows 4, 7, 9, 17, 18, 20). 3. Show compliance with R310 providing egress from bedrooms with minimum net clear opening area of 5 SQ FT. Also, show the minimum net clear opening dimension of 24” height and 20” width, and maximum sill height of 44”. (Windows 20 or 4, and 18 or 17.
