Per plans on page A-2 dated 3/11/24, conditions 1-4 are satisfied and consistent with approval. Condition #5 states: "Heavy sand stucco texture shall be used on the building". Instead of sand stucco texture the submitted plans are showing "original exposed double bricks" on the new and existing west elevations, and new and existing east elevations. Revise the plans to be consistent with approval condition #5 as indicated under permit #TC-RES-0423-04692..
