This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.1). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 10.

1. This comment was not addressed. Per UDC Article 6.4.5.D.3.a a carport may project up to ten feet into the required Street perimeter yard setback which allows for a required street perimeter yard setback of 10’-0”, proposed street perimeter yard setbacks is 6’-0” ,8’-0”. A Design Development Option (DDO) must be submitted and approved to reduce the required setback.
