This comment was not addressed. Per UDC Article 6.4.5.D.3.a a carport may project up to ten feet into the required Street perimeter yard setback which allows for a required street perimeter yard setback of 10’-0”, proposed street perimeter yard setbacks is 6’-0”. A Design Development Option (DDO) must be submitted and approved to reduce the required setback.
