Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 1. Based on aerial photos there is some type of structure at the southwest corner of the existing dwelling. The structure shows up some time after 2020. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for this structure. Either provide approved permit documents, include this structure in this permit or show this structure on the plot as to be removed. 2. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf, to include but not limited to: a. Provide a lot coverage calculation on the plot plan. b. Remove the aerial photo from the plot plan. c.
