Numerous shade sails in the side and rear yards appear in aerial photography on March 17, 2022. Indicate whether these shade sails are to remain or not. If these shade sails are to remain, a Design Development Option may be required for the shade sails that encroach the required side perimeter yard (UDC Table 6.3-1.A).
