This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. The City of Tucson adopted the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code and 2018 International Residential Code with amendments on 1/1/2019 along with requirements of the Arizona Revised Statute 36-1681. Show the current code reference on the plans. 1. Show compliance with the pool enclosure barrier requirement by including a continuous 5-foot barrier around the pool, ARS 36-1681. Show the 1’ block wall with 4’ of wrought iron view fencing as meeting all the requirements in ARS 36-1681, horizontal components shall be spaced not less than 45” apart measured vertically.
