Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Utilities and bonding page have a call out for “Build Wall 34’.” the current permit for the pool will have to add the proposed wall to the scope of work. Also, identify the height of the proposed wall on the next submittal. All residential walls or fences must be reviewed for zoning compliance. Show the full extent of the wall within the property on the site plan. 2. The property has a Utility Easement on the northern and western property boundaries, as recorded on the Alvernon Addition plat, Book 7 Page 81. Show those easements on the site plan to ensure the proposed pool and wall do not encroach into those easements. 3. Provide a site plan that shows the entire property that addresses the above comments.
