This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. After a review of aerial views of the property, it appears that PV modules are mounted on an unpermitted carport structure on the east side of the building. Searching city records through PRO found no permit history for this carport. Either provide completed permit and inspection documentation, apply for and complete permit review and inspections for the structure or remove the PV modules from the unpermitted structure.
