Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken.
Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC).

1. Show the proposed outdoor fixtures as full cut-off (FCO) style OR provide an Outdoor Lighting Calculation including all exterior fixtures on the property for determining exterior lighting limits.
2. Show full cutoff fixtures where located with 25 feet from the property line OLC 401.3.3.
3. Sheet E-1, Load Calculations – Panel A, Load calculations for Panel A are greater than 200A bus limit. Provide updated load calculations for 400A Panel-B, and 200A Panel-A.
4. Show trenching required for feeder line from Service Panel-B to Sub Panel-A. Show a wiring method for conductors running between buildings in compliance with E3802 or E3803.
5. Show the sub-panel feeder wire size and type, E3705.5. Show overcurrent protection not exceeding the allowable conductor ampacity, E3705.5. Revise the breaker or wire size shown for circuit #5,7 on 400A Panel-B.
