Additionally, provide specifications of the new heat pump as well as details with colors of the modifications proposed to be repaired and replaced. Historic staff will schedule this project for Fort Lowell Historic Zone Advisory Board review once an historic application has been submitted under this permit number. |

Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). GENERAL: 1. There is an existing permit for the same scope of work, TC-RES-0123-01932 (5301 E FORT LOWELL RD TUCSON, AZ 85712). Permit TC-RES-0123-01932 must be withdrawn in order to continue with TC-RES-0423-04339. SITE PLAN: 2. Indicate the location and size of buildings, utility meters and lines supporting the alterations, R106.1.1. Provide a Roof Framing Plan showing the location and size of beams, headers, and rafters for supporting live and dead structural loads, R804. Show roof structure is sufficient to hold the new Heat Pump system. 4. Show extent of repairs to existing roof structure. Specify the size and spacing of rafters, R802.4. ELEVATIONS: 5. Specify height above grade for finished floor, windows/doors, exterior walls, rooflines, porches, etc. Show new windows are in the existing cutouts with no structural changes. 6. Indicate all materials used; stucco, concrete block, glass block, roofing system, siding, veneer, etc. 7. For thin-coat stucco systems, indicate the ICC ESR #, system name, and vapor barrier, R703.7.
