This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. 1. There is an existing Permit (TC-RES-0323-03721) under a different contractor. If you would like to proceed with a new application that involves a different contractor, the homeowner must submit a signed letter letting us know that they are withdrawing permit# TC-RES-0323-03721. Once permit # TC-RES-0323-03721 is withdrawn, you may proceed with this permit (TC-RES-0423-04307). We can only have one contractor under the same address at a time for the same scope of work. 2. PV Layout sheet PV 3, Show total array coverage percentage of the roof for both the new and existing panels. Show total array coverage is less than 50%, R324. 3. For photovoltaic arrays occupying more than 33% of the plan view total roof area, not less than a 36” clear setback is required on both sides of a horizontal ridge. R324.6.2.
