Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single family dwelling is a permitted use in the zone, (Table 4.8-2), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

1. There are several structures that show up on aerial photos sometime after 2018, awning connecting the shed to the awning, shed at the southwest corner of the house, addition to the awning at the northwest corner of the house and the awning in the northwest corner of the site. Zoning was not able to find approved permits for these structures. Either provide approved permit documents for these structures or include them in this permit. As the awning n the northwest corner of the site does not meet the minimum perimeter yard setback of 6’-0” or 2/3 the height a neighbor’s setback waiver is required. To secure this neighbor setback waiver the following statement must be provided on the plot plan and be signed and dated by the adjacent property owner(s):
