Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken.

1. After a review of aerial views of the property, it appears that PV modules are mounted on an unpermitted porch structure on the south side of the building. Searching city records through PRO shows that this addition did not complete its final Inspections and is thus an unpermitted structure. Either provide completed permit and inspection documentation, apply for and complete permit review and inspections for the structure or remove the PV modules from the unpermitted structure.
