3. If a Neighbor Waiver is not possible, a Design Development Option (DDO) will be required. To submit a DDO application, apply for a new sub-record under this permit at TDC Online. In order to get this specific review scheduled and if you have questions about the DDO application or process please contact Mark Castro at Mark.Castro@tucsonaz.gov or Georgia Pennington at Georgia.Pennington@tucsonaz.gov. IF applying for the DDO and it is approved and the appeal period is over, please include the approval letter with the updated plans and a response letter explaining how you have addressed all comments. Please note that Zoning cannot approve the zoning review portion of the permit until the Neighbor Waiver is signed OR the DDO has been approved.
