The approved PAD-7 document states: “All solar panels that will be visible from neighboring properties or common areas must be approved by the Design Review Committee prior to installation and shall be in compliance with current state guidelines. All wires and conduit leading from the panel down the side of the home must be painted to match the corresponding structure.” 2. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
