Site Engineering:

1. This property located at 1219 E MITCHELL ST is located entirely within a local floodplain associated with the Mountain Avenue Wash and will require a separate floodplain use permit with cost estimate.
a. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted for within the sub-records of this permit.
b. For the submission of the FPU permit, please provide a cost estimate form that will break down the total cost into separate lines, separating labor, materials/equipment, and warranties/fees associated with the project. Ensure to have company/contractor letterhead on the document for proper documentation.
2. Site Engineering will be unable to approve permit TC-RES-0326-01505 until the associated FPU permit is approved. It is recommended that the FPU permit process be started and achieve approval and issuance prior to the resubmission of this permit to ensure no project delays and review overlap.
3. Note: After reviewing the documentation submitted with permit TC-RES-0326-01505, the estimate provided would not meet the Floodplain Use Permit requirements and would not be approved upon its submission. Please see review comment #1 above for FUP permit cost estimate requirements.
