That said, future work on the site may be delayed until this unpermitted work is addressed. You may submit a separate “Residential Addition/Alteration” or “Residential Fence/Wall” permit to address this work. Approval of this permit is only for the residential solar installation and does not constitute a Site Zoning approval of the entire site. |

However, replacements of individual units or relocations must state that the equipment is existing throughout the plan set. 2) All construction permitted after Jan. 1 2026 shall comply with the 2024 International Building Codes, the 2023 NEC, and 2025 TEP ESRB requirements including all City of Tucson adopted amendments. All new equipment to be installed will be reviewed using the above-mentioned code.
