RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. The property contains a contributing structure in the West University Historic District. As such, the project to add gutters requires a HPZ review (UDC 5.8.8) must be approved prior to Site Zoning approval of this permit, (TC-RES-0326-01432) – please see the review comment from Historic provided on 3/31/2026.
