Please resubmit addressing the following comment:

1) Provide a page with H-Frame calculations to determine that the structure will support Wind loads and Seismic loads. Include height, working clearances, and the components of the structure to show adherence to IBC and NEC requirements. 110.13(A), 250.50, IBC 1604, 1607, and 1609.
2) Provide a panel schedule for the loads to be transferred to the new backup load panel showing that the 80A OCPD can adequately energize the transferred loads NEC 702.4(B). If load management is used, provide manufacturer documentation showing compliance.
