Zoning could not find any permit for the shed structure in the rear yard along the northwest portion of the rear yard installed around 2021. Since the proposed solar is not associated with the unpermitted structure, this will not prevent Site Zoning from approving this permit. That said, future work on the site may be delayed until this unpermitted work is addressed. You may submit a separate “Residential Addition/Alteration” or “Residential Fence/Wall” permit to address this work. Approval of this permit is only for the residential solar installation and does not constitute a Site Zoning approval of the entire site.
