Name of the owner and the property address or parcel number b. Zoning classification of the property (R-1) c. The scale of the plan used, and a north arrow d. All property lines and dimensions e. Location of all existing structures f. If adding a new fence/wall, indicate the location, height, length, and building materials. Note any gates or other features g. Measurements between all structures, building setbacks, and building dimensions h.
