A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a Response Letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Thank you for your patience as you navigate our approval processes. We understand when customers need to submit under separate file numbers for the same project, there is often a lot of confusion. We value your feedback and are working towards smoothing out these processes. Under the tab for SD-0426-00060, please resubmit the new site plan demonstrating that the conditions of the Notice of Decision have been met. I have been advised that Historic will restamp the new site plan proving the conditions have been met. 2. Please email Michael Taku when you resubmit the revised site plan and photos under the SD-0426-00060 tab. Michael.taku@tucsonaz.gov 3. With every review cycle, materials from older submissions are purged so we have the latest and greatest. Please resubmit the following under the TC-RES-0326-01296 tab: a) An unstamped revised site plan that met the conditions of the Historic Design Review Committee – please do not include earlier versions. b) The Historic Design Review Committee decision letter. c) Any construction plans. d) A brief response letter 4. Please email me once you have submitted for TC-RES-0326-01296 so I can assign your file to myself and process it quickly for the Zoning Review. Please understand that the intake team may take a day or two to ensure the submittal is ready for BlueBeam review. 5. Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted for the next review.
