TC-RES-00326-01291 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 3362 s stern lake dr/ Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2024 International Residential Code and 2024 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. If you have any questions about these comments, I can be reached at Matthew.Carlton@tucsonaz.gov COMMENTS: 1. Spereate your documents out by the following: a. Site Plan b. Construction Documents 2. Please show how power is being brought into the site. It looks as if there may be an overhead powerline bringing power into the house. 3. Show location of the equipment on the site plan. 4. Show the length of the electric run from panel to equipment 5. Show construction access with an arrow – not a call out. 6. Show all gates on the site plan. Gates must swing out. There may be more comments upon resubmittal. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments. |
