Please resubmit addressing the following comments:
1) Please upload a site plan and include the location of all equipment to be installed.
2) Revise the Load calculations, the VA for fixed appliances is incorrectly calculated. This calculation uses the 2017 NEC, as of Jan. 1, the City of Tucson has adopted the 2024 I-codes and 2023 NEC. Verify that all calculations adhere to the variables present in the current code.
3) As the OCPD is to be sized at 60A, a disconnecting means is required within line of sight. E4101.5 NEC 625.43. Please show the location of this disconnecting means on the site plan.
