TC-RES-0326-01152 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 12795 E TORTOISE POINTE DR Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2024 International Residential Code and 2024 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. If you have any questions about these comments, I can be reached at Matthew.Carlton@tucsonaz.gov COMMENTS: 1. Please submit all construction drawings in black and white – yellow lines are very difficult to read – especially for inspectors. 2. Please put call out on both your electrical and gas runs with the length (for electrical and gas) and size (for gas lines) 3. These need to be on the site plans as well. 4. Who is building the fire pit? Is it a gas fire pit? If it not included in the actual pool construction please remove it from the plans or label it “By others” – please note: if a gas line is being installed for the fire pit – it will need a permit. 5. Remove all landscape from the construction documents. 6. Remove all furniture from the construction drawings and site plans. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments. |
