Provide a detailed response letter with your submittal that clearly shows how you have addressed all comments.

This site is located in the HR-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A duplex is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, to include but not limited to:
a. The plot plan shall be drawn at an engineering scale, i.e. 1” =10’, 1” =20’.
b. Provide a lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements.
c. The property dimensions are not readable.
d. Provide the legal description “TUCSON W49.8' LOT 11 BLK 44” on the plot plan.

COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8).

1. Historic review is required for all exterior work. Historic application/requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Historic-Preservation.

2. Until the above comments are addressed and the plan is approved by Historic Zoning cannot approve this permit.
