The permit application TC-RES-0325-01651[Address is 605 E 4th Street] is applying for needed repairs to the duplex. Specifically, need to replace windows, replace a rotting staircase, stucco repairs, replace rotted wood fencing, and repaint exterior. The plans submitted do not show how this violation is being abated. Please provide plans to show how replaced windows with sliding windows (not the same size) spaced around windows with plywood, staircase, stucco repairs and fencing are met. (2) The plans submitted are only for the new address 710 N 2nd Avenue and for a new ADU [SD-0725-00102]. Please clarify if both cases are under same permit and provide plans to show both. (3) Please provide required documents listed in the Historic & Special Districts informational handout (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/submission-documents/special_districts_application_instructions_7.18.23.pdf) under the Full Review. Please provide a project narrative based on UDC Section 5.8.9 (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/planning-amp-zoning/checklist_for_historic_design_review_-_general.pdf). Provide 2-3 sentences on each item. If the item does not apply, note as such. (4) Revise the plan to include a Development Zone Map showing contributing and non-contributing properties using Historic Map Tucson https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/html5viewer/?viewer=historicproperties A boundary should be drawn around the Development Zone to clearly mark it. Once revised, please submit the historic package under Historic sub record. The revised Design Package should be in a single compressed pdf file. Multiple files will be rejected.
