Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide a Grounding Electrode System at the detached structure per NEC 690.47. 2. Show the Grounding Conductor’s connection at the modules, mounting and metal support structure. Show grounding details for the mounting equipment and metal support frame, NEC690.43. 3. Where live parts of electrical equipment are operating at 50 to 1000 volts, such equipment shall be guarded against accidental contact by approved enclosures or other approved means, NEC110.27(A). 4. Provide a Special Inspection Certificate, if required, with Parts A and B completed for the following inspections: A. Visual inspection of drilled pier excavations. B. Visual inspection of reinforcing and observation of concrete placement for drilled piers. C. Visual inspection of structural steel and all bolt installations, with verification of “snug tight” bolt torque per AISC. D.
