This site is located in the RX-1 zone (UDC 4.7.6). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .8, & .9.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.



1. Comment: Label all adjacent zones on the site plan (RX-1 zone to the east and west adjacent properties. RX-2 zone to the south adjacent property). Or show a zoning detail of this properties zone and all adjacent property zones. 2. Comment: Clarify, will any grading be done to build the proposed carport. If so, a grading permit may be required.

4. Comment: The most recent approved site plan does not have drawn, labeled, or dimensioned heights or square footage for the playhouse’s, gazebo/pergola, and chicken coop. Label all accessory structures heights and square footages. Clarify are any utilities connected to these structures.
