Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, to include but not limited to: a. Provide a plot plan that is readable. Also clarify why you have two (2) plot plans. b. Provide the legal description “HOUGHTON ACRES LOT 11” on the plot plan. c. Provide the zoning of the parcel and all adjacent parcels on the plot plan. d. Provide perimeter yard setback dimensions from the proposed structure to applicable property lines.
