At the outside edge of the existing stair and where it meets the deck, what is being used to structurally support the deck and stair? Please make the necessary correction to the drawing to correct this concern. Is there a post at that intersection? 2. New Deck surface. What is the slope being proposed to allow drainage away from the living spaces. a. Provide a flashing detail drawing at dwelling exterior wall and elastomeric deck. 3. Add a note regarding opening limitations, where guards shall not have openings that allow a sphere 4 inches in diameter. 4. Please resubmit.
