Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Previous comment 1 not addressed completely. While the property information was correctly updated to R-3, the site plan is still showing HR-3 for the surrounding properties. Please update accordingly. 2. Comment: It is acknowledged that a Design Development Option (DDO) has been applied for to reduce both the front street setback and the side yard setback. Site zoning is unable to approve this permit until the above comments have been addressed and the DDO review has been completed. Please resubmit all of your documents once the DDO is complete.
