This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter back check time, please provide a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. 1. COMMENT: After reviewing the property documentation history in PRO, zoning could not verify any permit documentation for the existing storage/casita you’ve depicted on the latest plot plan (just east of the existing pool). It appears this structure was built around 2018 approximately. Provide missing permit information for this structure. If no information exists, apply for a separate permit, providing detailed information for this structure including its height and what, if any utilities are serving this structure. A scaled floor plan outlining the interior structure will need to be provided for review. See hyperlink for a sample. https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/plan-samples/sample-floor-plan.pdf To clarify, a ‘Casita’ also known as an Accessory Dwelling Unit, has its own set of design criteria of which can be found in the hyperlinks provided below: https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/tucson/latest/tucson_az_udc/0-0-0-5309 https://casitas-in-tucson-cotgis.hub.arcgis.com/pages/92dfe4c741ee4dc4a9e10faed8593980 2.
