Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Show plumbing vents (VTR) within acceptable distances from traps, P3105.1. (1 ½”-6’, 2”-8’, 3”-12’). No vent is shown for the water closet/toilet. 2. Provide elevation measurements for Next Upstream Manhole and Finished Floor Elevation. Provide Backwater valve protection as/if required. Backwater valve protection: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/building-code/2018_-_irc_amendments.pdf Section P3008.1 Where required. Where the finish floor elevation is less than 12 inches above the elevation of the next upstream manhole cover in the sewer, a backwater valve shall be installed in the building drain or branch of the building drain serving that floor.
