This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9 1. Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. 2. Based on aerial photographs there is an addition along the southeast corner of the existing SFR that shows up on aerial photographs some time after 2012 and a detached structure in the rear yard that show up sometime after 2005. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for these areas. Either provide approved permit documents or show these structures on the required plot plan and provide all required plans to permit them or show them to be removed from the site.
