This site is located in the SH zone (UDC 4.7.5). A single family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). 1. This comment was not addressed. Based on current aerial photographs there are storage containers on this site that are not shown on the site. Show these structures on the plan. 2. This comment was not addressed. Provide the height of the hay cover. Provide building plans for the hay cover. Also provide a perimeter yard setback from the post supporting the structure to the south property line. The Exist MTL Hay cover shown on the plans shows up on aerial photographs some time after 2010. Zoning was not able to find approved permit or compliance review documents for this structure. If this structure is greater than 200 sq. ft it will require a building permit. Also provide the height of this structure on the plan.
