The site consists of residential development with three or more dwelling units on one lot. Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (development package) is required for any structure addition or reconfiguration of an area outside a building such as a perimeter fence. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for on the Tucson Development Center Online under application type “Development Package.” The development package shall be approved by all reviewers prior to Zoning approval of the associated building permit. The development package shall meet the requirements of the “Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites”: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf. 2. TC-RES-0324-01592 was applied for as a “Residential Fence/Wall Permit” and will be voided.
