1. There are multiple addressed units on this property, Unit 1 and Unit 2. The plans need to show the correct Unit number. Also, the permit needs to have the correct address. You will need to file a request to change the address on the permit to include the correct address Unit. (On step 5 choose address change: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/tdc-faq/new-pdfs/withdraws-and-extensions.pdf).
2. Provide HVAC demand calculations in accordance with Manual J/S/D standards, M1401.3, M1601.1. Systems shall be sized in accordance with Manual S based on building loads calculated in accordance with Manual J.
