This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide electrical load calculations for the main panel and include the expected loads of the new subpanels to show they can support the new electrical loads, according to E3704.2. 2. Provide the Main Service Entrance panel rating, provide a panel schedule showing the main ampacity consistent with the load summary, E3602.1 & E3706.2. 3. Provide the feeder conductor size and type feeding the sub panel. Conductors must be rated for direct burial or rated for wet location inside a conduit. Provide the OCPD size at the meter, E3702.3. 4. Show minimum conductor burial depth per E3803.1. 5. Show the new sub panel with clear working space compliance, E3601.6.2 & E3705.8. Current location does not meet working space requirements. Must have 36” measured from the face of the sub panel to the shipping container.
