This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Clarify if this is a new service in addition to an existing service or is this a replacement of an existing service. There appears to be an existing 200A service at this address. We cannot approve a new/additional service meter, See E3601.2: One/two family dwellings can be fed by only one service. 2. Show the OHE service line on the site plan. 3. The overhead service conductor over the structure requires an 8’ clearance above the roof, E3604.2.1. The 8’ clearance is required to maintained for a distance of 3’ from the edge of the roof.
