TC-RES-0324-01236 ADDRESS/PARCEL: 5130 N GRACIOUS CT The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation, and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Please include a sheet showing exactly what the structural changes to the pool are, i.e., where it has been enlarged, and where the new ‘lagoon’ has been added. 2. Include a separate revised plot plan showing the dimensions of the redesigned pool in relation to all structures on site, including but not limited to the house and walls. A copy of the original permit has been emailed to the applicant. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.
