1. The address on the application and the address on the provided plans do not match. Review cannot be complete until correct address and plans are provided.

2. Note on all plans to include Overcurrent protective device and Conductor Sizing calculations, NEC 690, NEC 310.15. Also show the MSP bus calculations that meet the 120% rule, NEC 705.12.
