Provide permit documentation for the porch addition to the detached carport, for the storage shed, for the detached structure located on the south west side of the property, and for the attached room addition located on the south west portion of the residence. If no permits are available please include these addition to the scope of work, Include the setback dimension, height and square footage, additional comment may be forthcoming. 1.COMMENT: Provide a Residential Plot Plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf This shall in include: a. Lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 & the example shown on the residential plot requirements. (Lot coverage must include vehicular use area whether improved or unimproved) . Lot coverage does not include porches, UDC Article 6.4.3.C.1.a but does include vehicle use area measured within the outside edges of any area allocated to vehicle use, whether improved or unimproved. 2.COMMENT: Provide a floor plan for the existing residence on the plan so that Zoning can verify if the requirements of UDC Article 4.9.7.B.7 are applicable to this project.
